Разработчики объявили, что следующее классическое дополнение, Cataclysm Classic, выйдет одновременно во всем мире во вторник, 21 мая, в 01:00 по московскому времени. Вместе с тем они сообщили, что его предварительное обновление c большинством крупных новинок станет доступно за три недели до этого срока, 1 мая, и представили весьма насыщенный график крупных событий до начала следующего года.
